Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 cup(s) steel cut oats
6 cup(s) vanilla soy milk
15 Oz H-E-B Organics Pumpkin 100% Pure
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup(s) maple syrup
2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup(s) pecans

Lightly spray the inside of a slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Combine all ingredients excepts pecans in a bowl, mix well then transfer to the slow cooker.
Set slow cooker to low, cover and cook 6 hours.
Serve with crushed pecans on top.
Chef's Note: For creamier oats, cook an additional 1 to 2 hours.
