Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup(s) fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1 Tbsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed
2 1/2 Lb H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Whisk to just combine.
Place chicken in crock pot and evenly pour lemon pepper marinade over breasts.
Cover and cook 2 to 3 hours on medium or high until fall apart tender.
Serve pulled chicken over rice or roasted veggies.
