Recipe makes 4 Servings

10 Oz Brussels sprouts
1 Lb baby red potatoes, whole
1 Lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1/3 cup(s) balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
4 garlic cloves, smashed
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Place Brussels sprouts and potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Place chicken on top of the potatoes.
In a small bowl, combine mustard, seasoning, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, chicken broth and garlic. Mix well then pour over chicken and vegetables.
Place rosemary sprig over top of chicken, set slow cooker to low then cover and cook for 6 hours.
