Ingredients

Recipe makes 5 Servings

8 Oz Gluten Free Spaghetti, dry
1 Lb asparagus, trimmed, t into 1 inch pieces
1/2 Oz egg substitute
4 fl oz evaporated milk
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
2 cup(s) rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/3 cup(s) parmesan cheese
1/3 cup(s) parsley, chopped
4 bacon, cooked

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Add the asparagus for the last 2 minutes of cooking, then drain the entire pot into a colander and set aside.

Heat a large non-stick sauté pan over medium high heat then add in onions and cook until tender.

In a separate pan add milk and egg substitute, cook on medium heat stirring frequently. Once onions are done, add in pasta and asparagus mixture and chicken.

Cook until heated through then add in milk mixture, parsley, cheese and then bacon. Toss to combine cook one minute longer then serve.
