2 cup(s) penne pasta
8 Oz mild Italian sausage
1 garlic, minced
4 cup(s) bunched spinach
1 28oz can, San Marzano Crushed Tomatoes

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.

Remove sausage from the casing and place in pan. Brown the sausage well. Next add in the garlic and spinach, cook until wilted. Add in the San Marzano tomatoes and allow mixture to simmer for 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve over the penne.
