Recipe makes 10 Servings

3 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Cake Flour
3 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp baking soda
2 Tsp kosher salt
4 Oz salted butter
2 cup(s) buttermilk
1/2 cup(s) half and half
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
2 Tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup(s) maple syrup
2 large eggs

Set a large non-stick pan over medium heat and allow to preheat. Meanwhile make pancake batter.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together to combine then add melted butter. Allow to sit while mixing wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, half and half, sour cream, vanilla extract, maple syrup and eggs.
Add wet mixture to dry and whisk together until just smooth. Be careful not to over mix batter.
Spray skillet with non-stick spray and scoop out pancake batter to whatever size desired.
Allow to cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until nicely browned. Serve warm with your favorite condiments.
