2 Lb flank steak
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp ginger, grated
1 Tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Light Brown Sugar
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
3 H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves, chopped
6 green onions, each cut into 1-inch pieces
36 GTC Bamboo Skewers, 100 ct.

Trim fat off flank steak; place steak on a glass dish, and freeze for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, canola oil, sesame oil, ginger, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, cilantro, garlic and green onions in a large zipper bag.
Remove flank steak from freezer, and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices across the grain; add sliced meat to marinating sauce, seal bag, and turn over several times to coat.; marinate meat in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
Skewer sliced steak and weave green onion sections in the center of each skewer; place skewers on sheet pan, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 400°F; grill skewers for 5 minutes, turning once.
