Ingredients

3/4 Lb tip milanesa (beef)
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup(s) green onions, roots removed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 Lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1/4 cup(s) heavy whipping cream

Instructions

Season beef with salt and pepper then sprinkle with flour; shake off excess.

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high.

Add beef and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a cutting board.

Add green onions and asparagus to same pan and cook 3 to 4 minutes until slightly tender.

Add chicken broth, stir to release any brown bits from bottom of pan, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice beef crosswise into 3/4-inch slices.

Return sirloin to skillet and stir in cream.

Cook until beef and sauce are heated through.
