3 Tbsp Country Crock Spread, divided
1 cup(s) broccoli, chopped
1 cup(s) carrots
1 cup(s) bell peppers, chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) zucchini, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 Tsp dried Italian seasoning

Melt 2 tablespoons Country Crock Spread in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook vegetables, onions and Italian seasoning, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp and tender, about 8 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon vegetables into serving bowl, then top with remaining 1 tablespoon of Country Crock Spread.
