2 Tbsp Cookwell and Company Watermelon Vinaigrette
1 cup(s) fresh strawberries, sliced
1 red onion, rings separated
1/3 cup(s) celery, chopped
1/3 cup(s) Central Market Organic Cucumber, chopped
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Sliced Almonds

Layer the chicken, vinaigrette, strawberries, red onion, celery, cucumber and spring mix on a dinner plate.
