1/2 cup(s) Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale
1 cup(s) sugar
1/8 Tsp salt, (pinch)
4 Oz unsalted butter, cubed
2 cup(s) cups popping corn, cooked according to pkg. directions
2 cup(s) pecans, toasted
1 cup(s) cranberries

Place Celebration Ale, sugar, salt and ½ cup water in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until mixture is a dark amber color, about 20 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Using a long whisk to keep hands away from top of saucepan, stir in butter. (Caution: The sauce and steam is very hot, use caution while sauce is cooling.)
In a large bowl combine popcorn, nuts, and dried fruit with warm caramel sauce. Cool before serving.
