Shrimp Piccata with Zucchini Noodles

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided use
2 Tsp garlic cloves, minced
1 pkg. Veggie Noodle Co. Zucchini Spirals (10 OZ)
2 cup(s) cabbage, shredded
1 cup(s) matchstick carrots
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
1/2 cup(s) Robert's Reserve Lemon Dill and Capers
1/2 Lb Argentenian shrimp, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Parmesan Dill

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and garlic in large pan for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add noodles and heat for additional 2 minutes. Set aside.
In separate sauce pan, heat remaining olive oil with cabbage and carrots until cabbage is wilted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir cream and sauce together and pour into cabbage mixture.
Stir in shrimp and continue cooking about 5 minutes, until shrimp are cooked through. Add rub and salt to taste.
Place noodles on plate and pour cream mixture over noodles.
