3/4 Lb 21/25 shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tsp Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp hot sauce
21 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Cream of Celery Soup
8 4/5 Oz Uncle Ben's Ready Rice Whole Grain Brown Rice, prepared according to package directions
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup(s) yellow onion, small diced
1 cup(s) green bell pepper, small diced
1/2 cup(s) panko bread crumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire, hot sauce and cream of celery soup and stir to combine. Remove from heat and stir in rice.

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, onion and bell pepper; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Pour rice mixture into a medium size casserole dish and top with panko bread crumbs.

Bake 30 minutes or casserole starts to bubble around edges and bread crumbs are browned.
