2 H-E-B® Fully Cooked Bacon
1 small white onion, chopped
1 celery, chopped
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Chicken Broth
1 cup(s) red potatoes, diced
1 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients 2% Milk
3/4 Lb Natural Shrimp, peeled and deviened
1 cup(s) Sweet Corn
16 Oz Yellow Cold Soup

Instructions

In a large pot, cook bacon until browned. Remove from pot and set aside

Add onion and celery to bacon fat. Cook several minutes until onion begins to brown.

Add flour and stir until combined. Slowly add in chicken broth and potatoes, bring to a simmer then reduce heat.

Soup should begin to thicken. Cook until potatoes are tender.

Stir in milk, shrimp, corn and soup. Cook until shrimp are cooked through.
