Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/2 cup(s) lime, juiced
1/2 cup(s) lemon, juiced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 cup(s) red onion, diced
1 Lb salad shrimp
11 Oz Dole Mandarin Oranges, drained
1/2 small jicama, peeled and diced
1/2 small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 Large Hass avocado, diced
2 Tbsp cilantro, minced
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper

Combine lime and lemon juice, jalapeño, onion, and shrimp; chill 20 minutes.
Drain oranges of excess liquid.
Add oranges, jicama, and cucumber to shrimp.
Garnish with avocado and cilantro.
Add salt and pepper.
