Sesame Pork Lettuce Wraps

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium shallot, minced or thinly sliced
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 Tsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1 Lb ground pork
1/4 cup(s) low sodium soy sauce, plus more as needed to taste
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 Tsp ground coriander
1/4 Tsp white pepper
1 cup(s) green onion, chopped
1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped, plus more as needed

Place a large non-stick sauté pan over medium heat. Add sesame oil and butter.
Allow butter to melt before adding shallots, garlic, and ginger.
Stir-fry veggies for 2 to 4 minutes or until just translucent.
Add ground pork and stir fry 2 minutes before adding soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, coriander and white pepper.
Cook until liquid has almost evaporated completely and pork is fully cooked; approximately 8 to 12 minutes.
Turn off heat. To serve, scoop a spoonful of pork mixture into each lettuce cup and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
