2 Tbsp gari (pickled sushi ginger), finely chopped
2 Tbsp peanut butter, (almond butter can be substituted if preferred)
1 Tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
1 Tsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped

Pour sesame oil into blender. Add ginger, peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar and green onions. Blend until smooth.
