3
Meanwhile, shred cheese. Chop green onions, including tops.
4
Combine melted butter, garlic powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

Generously grease bottom and sides of a 10-inch bundt or tube pan. Sprinkle half of green onions, 1/3 cup cheese and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds in bottom of prepared pan.
6
Cut rolls in half or into thirds with scissors or a knife. Arrange one-half of rolls in bottom of baking pan; drizzle half of the butter mixture over rolls. Sprinkle with remaining onions, 1/3 cup cheese and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
7
Arrange remaining rolls over top; drizzle with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup cheese and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Cover pan with plastic wrap and let rise according to package directions.
8
Bake rolls about 30 minutes or according to package directions; cover rolls partially with foil after 20 minutes to prevent over-browning, if necessary.
9
Loosen bread at edges of pan; invert onto a plate and serve warm.
