Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry with Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp olive oil, divided use
8 Oz H-E-B Broccoli Stir-Fry
1 Lb H-E-B Extra Thin Sliced Chicken, sliced into strips
9 Oz H-E-B Toasted Sesame Cooking Sauce
16 Oz H-E-B Steamable Long Grain Rice

Instructions

Preheat a large sauté pan over high heat with 1 tablespoon of oil.

Add vegetables and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are fully heated through and starting to brown. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl. Set aside.

In the same pan, add remaining olive oil and heat pan. Add sliced chicken and cook about 5 minutes or until brown stirring occasionally.

Once chicken has browned, add sesame cooking sauce and return vegetables to pan.

Cook about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Heat rice according to package directions.

Serve sesame chicken and vegetables over rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Chef's Note: Garnish with sesame seeds and add red pepper flakes for some spice.
