4 large Hass avocado, ripe
1/3 cup(s) shallots, minced
1 cloves of garlic, zested or grated, plus more as needed to taste
1/4 cup(s) lime, juiced
1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
1 cup(s) pomegranate, rinsed and dried

In a medium bowl, add avocado, shallots, garlic, lime juice, serrano pepper, and cumin. Mash well to combine with a fork or potato masher.
Fold in pomegranate seeds and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with chips or use as a condiment for tacos.
