Seared Sirloin with Maître D' Buttered Potatoes

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp Olde Thompson Everything Salt, or your favorite all purpose seasoning
1 1/2 Lb Prime 1 Sirloin Steak
1 Tbsp olive oil
8 Oz mushrooms, sliced
14 Oz H-E-B Bite-Sized Gold Potatoes, prepared according to package directions
1 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Maitre d'Hotel Lemon Herb Finishing Butter

Season steak generously on both sides; set aside.
Add oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place seasoned steak in hot skillet, reduce heat to medium and sear 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Transfer to a plate to rest.
Return pan to medium-high heat, add mushrooms and sauté several minutes or until they are very well browned and have released their juices.
Meanwhile, carefully transfer prepared potatoes to a bowl with maitre d' butter and gently stir until well coated.
Slice steak and serve with generous portions of mushrooms and potatoes.
