Recipe makes 16 Servings

1 cup(s) H-E-B Corn Flakes
16 Oz H-E-B Steamable Baby Normandy
2 H-E-B Large Grade A eggs
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Diced Sweet Onion
1 cup(s) H-E-B Italian Blend 6 Cheese

Heat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Place Corn Flakes cereal in a plastic food bag and crush; set aside.
Cook frozen vegetables half of the recommended time on the package instructions; drain well, and allow to dry for 10 minutes on paper towel. Set aside.
Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl. Add partially cooked vegetables, butter or margarine, onion and cheese; stir to combine.
Spread vegetable mixture in prepared baking dish. Top with crushed cereal. Spray the cereal crumbs with a few quick sprays of oil
Bake uncovered for 15-30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly or to your liking.
