Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 cup(s) old fashioned oats
1 cup(s) roasted salted almonds
1 cup(s) organic raw cashews
1/4 cup(s) maple syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
2 Tbsp cumin
2 Tbsp coriander
2 Tsp Adams Reserve Za'Atar Seasoning
1 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 Tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper, plus more as needed for heat

Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients together, toss to combine well and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until granola is set and is lightly browned. Cook longer if you prefer darker more toasted granola.
Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes to allow granola to set up. Crumble over salads as a crouton replacement. Store in an airtight container, will keep for at least 2 weeks.
