Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 cup(s) H-E-B Center Cut Bacon, diced or cut into lardons
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 cup(s) white onions, diced
4 cup(s) mustard greens, chopped
2 cup(s) beets, greens removed, cleaned and chopped
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 cup(s) Gaido's Honey Pecan Vinaigrette

In a large sauté pan or pot, add bacon and cook 3 to 4 minutes to render out some fat.
Add garlic and onions, and stir-fry another 5 to 6 minutes.
Add mustard greens, beet greens, salt, pepper, and vinaigrette. Stir-fry until greens start to wilt a bit and liquid starts to reduce, about 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook another 15 to 20 minutes (most of liquid should be evaporated). Serve hot.
