Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 sweet onion, chopped
2 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, crushed
4 Oz Hill Country Fare Canned Mushroom Stems and Pieces, drained
1 Tbsp H-E-B White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Stir in garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Keep stirring, add mushrooms and continue cooking for 3 minutes or until mushrooms begin to brown.

Add vinegar and reduce heat to medium-low.

Stir and let mushroom mixture cook for 3 more minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve over grilled steaks or chicken.
