Sartori Prosciutto Pear Cups

Recipe makes 12 Servings

6 Oz H-E-B Sliced Prosciutto
4 medium fresh Bartlett or red pears, peeled, cored & julienned 1-inch long
2 lemons, juiced
3 Tbsp Lazzaris Pear Sauce, divided
3/4 cup(s) Sartori Espresso BellaVitano Cheese, shaved

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Cut prosciutto slices in 2” squares. Lay one square in each cup of a mini cupcake tin, pushing against the sides to form a cup. Overlap any tears in the meat.

Bake until fat turns golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Cool cups 10-15 minutes before transferring to paper towels to fully drain (this allows prosciutto to set up properly).

Toss pears with lemon juice to coat.

To assemble: fill each cup with approximately ¼ teaspoon pear sauce and 3 slices of pears. Top with shaved Sartori Espresso BellaVitano Cheese.
