Santa Fe Grilled Steak & Corn

Recipe makes 8 Servings

4 corn, in husks
4 t-bone steak, 1-inch thick
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup(s) heinz 57 sauce
2 H-E-B White Peeled Garlic, crushed
1 1/2 Tsp chili powder
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Ground Cumin

Pull back husks from each ear of corn, leaving husks attached at base.
Remove corn silk.
Fold husk back around corn; tie at end of each ear with string or strip of outside corn leaves.
Soak in cold water 30 minutes. Drain.
Place corn on grill over medium (350°F). Grill uncovered, 20-30 minutes, turning often.
Meanwhile, combine Heinz 57 Sauce, garlic, chili powder and cumin to make glaze; reserve 1/4 cup for chili butter.
Place steaks on grill and cook 15-18 minutes for medium doneness, turning once and brushing with glaze.
Add butter to reserve glaze and microwave on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.
Stir to combine and melt any remaining butter.
Serve beef with corn topped with remaining chili butter.
