Salsa Ranch Potato Salad

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Lb Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup(s) Matchstix carrots, chopped
1 celery, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Salsa Ranch Dressing
1 Tsp Central Market Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Feta Cheese, crumbled

Combine 6 cups water and cubed potatoes in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, cook 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
Combine cooked potatoes, carrots, celery and bell pepper in large serving bowl; toss lightly.
Add salad dressing and mustard; stir until ingredients are well coated.
Sprinkle with feta cheese, cover and chill until ready to serve.
