1 Tbsp garlic, peeled
1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar
1 shallot, peeled
1/2 cup(s) Rustico Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Oz sourdough bread, cut into slices
1 cup(s) Ferrer Homemade Vegetable Broth
3 Oz Revilla Serrano Ham, sliced into thin strips
