Salmon with Pistachio-Basil Butter

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 asparagus, rinsed, trimmed
1 H-E-B Parchment Paper, cut into 4 large pieces
4 salmon fillets, 1 1/2 inch thick
1 cup(s) pistachios, shelled, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp basil, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
1 lime, quartered
1/8 Tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Divide asparagus evenly among parchment paper. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, over asparagus.
In a medium bowl, mix pistachios, basil, garlic, and 1 teaspoon butter. Evenly distribute mixture over salmon.
Fold parchment paper into a pouch and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fillets are just opaque in the center.
Serve with lime wedge and salt to taste.
