Salmon Tacos with Avocado Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce

1 avocado
1/2 cup(s) Greek Yogurt Plain
1/2 cup(s) cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1 lime, juiced
3/4 Lb Atlantic Salmon Fillets, skin removed
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp ground cumin
1 cup(s) cabbage, shredded

To make sauce combine avocado, yogurt, cilantro, jalapeño and lime juice in a blender or food processor until smooth. Set aside.
Spray a large non-stick skillet with a light coating of non-stick spray. Place over medium-high heat.
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and cumin. Sear fish 3-4 minutes per side.
Place a portion of salmon, cabbage, and sauce inside each tortilla and serve.
