1 1/2 Lb Wild King Salmon Fillet, fresh
1 non-stick cooking spray
1 pkg (5.3 Oz) Chavrie Goat's Milk Cheese with Basil and Roasted Garlic
1/3 cup(s) chopped walnuts

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Coat a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Place fillet in pan, skin side down.

Spread cheese over top of fillet and press walnuts into cheese.

Bake on top rack in oven 8 to 12 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 150°F in the thickest part of salmon.
