4 Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells
2 cup(s) plumcots, thinly sliced (or seasonal plum of your choice)
1 1/2 cup(s) Tyku Sake
1 Tsp ginger
2 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 Tsp freshly cracked black peppercorns
16 Oz Central Market Coconut Ginger Ice Cream

Bake pastry shells according to package directions. Set aside.

Add sliced plumcots, sake, ginger, coconut sugar and cracked pepper to a pan.

Bring to a simmer and poach plums for 10 to 15 minutes or until softened but not mushy. Set aside to cool.

To assemble tartlets, scoop ice cream into cooled pastry shells and spoon plums over the top. Serve immediately.
