1 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup(s) white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp H-E-B Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp fresh garlic, minced
4 drops Sriracha Hot Sauce
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 4/5 Oz Central Market Quick Cooking Bulgur Wheat
2 cup(s) Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth, as needed for bulgur
2 cup(s) broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup(s) golden raisins
1 1/2 Tsp dried sage
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded

Prepare the dressing by whisking the vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic and hot sauce together. Slowly add the oil in a consistent stream as you whisk continuously. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Prepare bulgur according to package directions, using chicken broth in place of water.
Mix the broccoli, raisins, sage and chicken into the bulgur. Top with dressing and toss to coat well.
