8 H-E-B Snazzy Cakes Chocolate Cupcakes, chopped into pieces
1/2 cup(s) marshmallow fluff/cream
1 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup(s) graham crackers, crushed into crumbs

In a large mixer add the cupcake pieces and marshmallow fluff. Mix on medium speed until a dough begins to form and the marshmallow fluff and cupcakes are well incorporated. Scoop out the mixed dough and roll them around in your hand as if to make a meatball, then lay them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on high heat in 20 second intervals or until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir with a spoon between intervals (be careful not to burn or scorch the chocolate).
Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly. Dip each cupcake ball in the melted chocolate, followed by a roll in graham cracker crumbs. Then, place cupcake balls back on the sheet pan. To make cake lollipops, insert a skewer into each cupcake ball. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
