Recipe makes 16 Servings

16 Oz cream cheese, softened
8 Oz marshmallow fluff
1 cup(s) mini marshmallows
1 cup(s) mini chocolate chips
1 box of graham crackers, divided use

Using a hand mixer combine cream cheese and fluff together until smooth. Add in marshmallows and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined. Place bowl in refrigerator 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, place 4 whole graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until completely crushed. Can be done by hand if food processor is not available.
Remove chilled cheese mixture, roll into a ball. Pour crumbs onto a plate or sheet pan. Roll cheese ball in crumbs until coated, then place on a plate and surround by remaining graham crackers.
Serve immediately.
