Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Tbsp dry shallots
1 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tsp Sabatino Tartufi Truffle & Rosemary Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp white pepper
32 Oz chicken stock
1 Tbsp salted butter
1 Lb arborio rice
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream

Instructions

In a sauce pan bring broth to a gentle simmer. Add shallot, garlic, rosemary truffle and pepper to broth and remove from heat.

Add butter to pan over medium heat. Allow to melt.

Add rice and stir to coat as butter melts. Add about 1/3 of broth to rice and stir. Add fresh rosemary sprig.

Stir often while rice is simmering and add broth in small batches until all incorporated and rice is cooked "al dente" about 35 to 40 minutes. Add cream and remove from heat.

Add cheese and stir. Season as desired with salt and pepper.
