2 Tbsp Mi Tienda Orange Pepper
1 zucchini, large dice
1 Pt sliced mushrooms
1 yellow bell pepper, large dice
1 cup(s) Brussels sprouts, quartered
1 sweet potato, large dice

In a small bowl whisk olive oil and seasoning.

In large bowl, toss vegetables in mixture and allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
