Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Tbsp H-E-B Organics Chia Seeds
1/3 cup(s) white balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup(s) La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil
3/4 cup(s) Aldonza Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp shallots, minced finely
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp honey

Place chia seeds and balsamic vinegar into a wide mouthed mason jar. Shake to combine and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, or until chia seeds are soft.
Once chia seeds are soaked and soft add toasted walnut oil, olive oil, shallots, mustard and honey.
Shake vigorously to combine, season to taste with salt and cracked pepper as needed.
