Roasted Jalapeño Mustard Dip

Recipe makes 4 Servings

3 jalapeño pepper
1 cup(s) French's Yellow Mustard
3 cloves of fresh garlic
1 Tbsp shallot, minced
1/3 cup(s) water

Preheat oven to broiler setting, set oven rack to be 5 inches under heating element and place jalapeños on a sheet pan under broiler. Roast for 2 minutes per side or until you have achieved a blistered pepper on all sides. Remove from oven and allow to cool. *You can also roast jalapeños on the grill.
Place mustard, roasted seeded jalapeños, garlic and shallots in a blender with 1/3 cup of water and pulse until everything is smooth. You might have to add more water depending on your blender. (Add water a tablespoon at a time if needed.)
Transfer mustard to a jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
