Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/4 cup(s) olive oil
1 Tsp fresh garlic
1 Lb fresh asparagus, about as big around as a pencil
2 Tsp Fini Reduction of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1/2 Tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 450˚F.
Place oven rack near top cooking element.
Place oil and garlic in a resealable gallon sized bag.
Wash asparagus, pat dry, then trim woody, tough ends and place in bag with oil. Coat thoroughly.
Place asparagus on baking sheet, cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Asparagus should be bright green and still tender firm.
Remove from pan and place on serving platter.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt.
Toss gently to coat and serve immediately as an appetizer or side dish.
