2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cup(s) rolled oats
1 Tsp garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp thyme, minced
19 Oz Rosemary Lemon Chicken Bone Broth
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Heat oil in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat, then stir in oats, garlic, and thyme. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until both oats and garlic are fragrant.

Stir in bone broth 1 bottle at a time allowing the liquid to simmer a bit. Continue to stir oats until all liquid is absorbed, then repeat with the next bottle.

Once the oats are cooked through and tender, stir in the Parmesan and salt.

Serve alone or as a side dish.
