Rhode Island Style Pan Roasted Sea Bass

Recipe makes 2 Servings

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more as needed
12 Oz fresh sea bass, or any firm fleshed whitefish
1/2 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed to taste
1/2 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed to taste
2 cloves of fresh garlic, thinly sliced or minced
1/2 Oz pkg dried porcini mushrooms
1 1/2 cup(s) Four J Rhode Island Red Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup(s) fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped

In a large nonstick sauté pan set over medium heat. Add olive oil, season fish with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sauté fish 3 to 4 minutes before flipping. Once fish is turned to reverse side lower heat to medium-low.
Add garlic, mushrooms, and red sauce. Simmer on low heat 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is fully cooked and mushrooms are soft.
Remove from heat and add parsley. Season to taste as needed and serve.
