4 H-E-B Fully Cooked Cheese Burger Patties
8 slices Oroweat Jewish Rye Bread
4 Oz H-E-B Smokehouse Pastrami
4 slices Tillamook Swiss Cheese
8 Tbsp Hill Country Fair Thousand Island Dressing

Instructions

Place burger patties on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until heated through.

Turn on your oven broiler to high. Place bread slices side by side on a baking sheet and broil 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove 4 slices of the bread from the pan and set aside.

Divide pastrami among the 4 slices of bread on the pan then top each with 1 slice of cheese. Return to the broiler for 1 - 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted.

Spread 2 tablespoons of thousand island dressing on each slice of reserved bread. Place burgers on top of dressing, then top with remaining bread, pastrami side down. Serve and enjoy.
