1 cup(s) Nutiva Shortening
3/4 cup(s) dark brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup(s) Ideal No Calorie Sweetener
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp kosher salt
2 large eggs
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp baking soda
2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
9 Oz Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cream shortening, brown sugar and no calorie sweetener in a large mixing bowl.
Add cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, and continue to mix.
Blend in eggs one at a time until completely incorporated before adding the next.
In a separate bowl, combine baking powder, baking soda and flour.
Slowly add in flour mixture until well combined.
Add desired amount of chips and stir by hand.
Spoon 2 tablespoon-sized dough balls onto an ungreased cooking sheet, leaving 2 to 3 inches of space between each.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are browned.
