12 Oz Central Market Ricotta & Lemon Ravioli
3 large eggs
2 cup(s) buttermilk
2 cup(s) seasoned breadcrumbs
2 cup(s) canola oil
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese

Separate ravioli on a plate.
Whisk eggs and buttermilk in a large shallow bowl until well combined.
Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish to serve as a dredging station for ravioli.
Add canola oil to large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
Meanwhile, dunk each ravioli in egg/buttermilk mixture, then into breadcrumbs and set on piece of parchment paper until ready to fry.
Fry ravioli at 350ºF in small batches until golden brown and crispy. While still hot sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm!
