2 Hill Country Fare Hickory Smoked Bacon
1/2 cup(s) white onion
1 H-E-B Garlic, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup(s) roma tomato, chopped
1 Tbsp jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
14 1/2 Oz Hill Country Fare Cut Green Beans, drained

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes or until crisp.
Place bacon on paper towels to drain.
Chop bacon and set aside for later use.
Drain bacon fat from skillet, reserving 1 teaspoon in skillet for cooking.
Heat bacon fat in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion, garlic, tomato and jalapeño.
Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add green beans and 2 tablespoons water; stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook uncovered 4 more minutes.
Place green beans in serving dish and top with chopped bacon.
