8 4/5 Oz pkg. Central Market White and Red Quinoa, cooked according to package directions
3 large eggs, beaten
2 cup(s) kale, chopped
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 Tsp garlic popwder

Bring a waffle iron to medium heat and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
Combine quinoa, eggs, kale, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder in a bowl.
Scoop 3/4 cup of mixture into the waffle iron and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Remove waffle frittata and repeat until all mixture is cooked.
Serve immediately.
