1 cup(s) onion, chopped
1 Lb ground pork
1 Lb H-E-B Natural Ground Bison
2 Tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped
15 Oz can black beans
2 4/5 Oz CASI Terlingua Tx Champonship Chili Recipe Mix
6 Oz tomato paste
3 cup(s) chicken broth

Instructions

In a large, heavy bottom pot over medium-high heat, cook onions, pork and bison about 7 to 10 minutes, using a wooden spoon to break up meat as it cooks.

Once browned, add chipotle peppers in adobo, black beans, chili mix, tomato paste and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

Cook uncovered over medium-low heat until slightly thickened and flavors come together.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
