1 Lb 93% ground beef
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Chorizo
2 garlic, peeled and minced
6 English Muffins
1/4 cup(s) Cabot Cheddar Bar Habanero Cheese, shredded

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine beef, chorizo and garlic together.

Make 6 equal patties from mixture.

Heat grill to high. Place patties on grill, cook about 6 minutes per side or until done all the way to center.

Place burgers on English muffin. Top with 2 teaspoons of cheese.
